The potlatch return policy
Because many of our pieces are handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, and sourced from Native American and local artisans, our return policy is designed to protect the integrity of these collections while still supporting a positive shopping experience.

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase.

A receipt is required for all exchanges and returns.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and the same card used at purchase must be presented. Please allow 3–5 business days for credit card refunds to process.
